Our Divers Represent at School Sport Australia Nationals
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Eleanor, Lucas, Mia and Eli, who represented Queensland at the School Sport Australia National Championships!
Earning the opportunity to compete at a national level is a fantastic achievement in itself and the result of countless hours of training, commitment and determination. Our four divers took to the boards alongside some of the best young athletes from across Australia, gaining invaluable experience on the national stage.
There were plenty of moments to celebrate throughout the championships, with each of our divers putting together performances they can be proud of.
Eli had an outstanding Nationals campaign, placing in boht his springboard and platform events – a fantastic achievement against a strong national field and a great reward for all the hard work he has put into his training.
Eleanor, Lucas and Mia also represented Queensland with pride, each experiencing their own successes throughout the competition and gaining valuable experience competing at this level. National competition brings both challenges and highlights, and we’re proud of the way all four of our athletes approached their events and supported one another throughout the championships.
For young athletes, experiences like Nationals are about much more than the final results. Competing against the best in the country provides an opportunity to test their skills under pressure, build confidence, learn from the experience and come home motivated for what’s next.
We’re also incredibly grateful to the coaches, parents and families behind our athletes. The hours of training, travel and ongoing support all play an important role in helping our divers reach opportunities like this.
Congratulations to each of our divers, representing your state on the national stage is something to be incredibly proud of, and we loved seeing you out there representing our club with pride.
